UI Consistency & Design System Improvements
Challenge:
The product contained inconsistent icon styles, varying visual patterns, and UI elements that reduced clarity and increased cognitive load.

Design System & Theme Architecture
To ensure scalability and consistency across the product, a token-based design system was created with support for both light and dark themes. Instead of defining colors directly within components, a structured variable system was established for colors, surfaces, text styles, states, and semantic elements. This approach enabled faster theme management, improved design consistency, and simplified collaboration between design and development teams.
