Zeeno Dashboard
Educational Operations Management Platform

Zeeno was designed to modernize the operational workflow of educational agencies by centralizing student applications, university records, reminders, and internal processes into a single scalable platform.
A major focus of the project was reducing cognitive load for operators managing large volumes of cases. Through clear information hierarchy, workflow-oriented dashboards, and structured case management, complex processes were transformed into intuitive and actionable experiences.
One of the key innovations was the introduction of a case-based architecture, allowing multiple applications to be managed independently while maintaining a unified view of each student's journey.
The platform also introduced productivity-focused features such as advanced filtering, status tracking, reminder management, and quick-access workflows to improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making.
Built on a scalable design system and modular UX foundation, Zeeno was created not only to solve current operational challenges but also to support future growth, automation, and AI-enhanced educational services.
Early Product Discovery & Backend Validation
Before moving into high-fidelity design, I collaborated with stakeholders and developers to map application workflows, business rules, reminder logic, status transitions, and operational requirements through low-fidelity wireframes. These explorations helped validate system behavior and align product decisions before UI implementation.

Design System & Components
Created a scalable component system to ensure consistency across the platform and support future product expansion.

Application Creation
A guided experience designed to simplify application setup while ensuring accurate and structured data entry.

Reminder Management
A flexible reminder system that helps teams organize follow-ups and stay ahead of important milestones.

Admin Dashboard
A centralized command center for overseeing teams, applications, and operational performance.
